I have tried the Hoodia Gordonii and must admit I am not hungry. I have so far lost 13 lbs, it is so easy. If you are looking for an effective appetite suppressant, Unique Hoodia works and is highly recommended.
Keep in mind that Hoodia will not work by itself, you must eat healthier. It is the best natural appetite suppressant I have found.

This hoodia really does suppress your appetite. I don’t have cravings for sweets like I used too. It still requires some willpower on your part, but hoodia really does make it easier to lose weight.

I didn’t know too much about Hoodia Gordoni. It’s a plant from the Kalahari desert and supposed to supress appetite. Sounded good so I tried it for a week at the recommended dosage /3 pills daily/. There was no effect for the first day, I felt something on the second day but no supression of appetite. On the third day I noticed that I was not feeling hungry any more.
Kind of weird feeling :) You should try as I can’t explain better.

I’ve been using Uniquehoodia for about 2 months now after previously using a cheaper brand (Pure Hoodia Gordonii 700mg). These pills DO work, they stop you feeling hungry between meals and you feel less like over eating at actual meal times too.
When you first start taking them it’ll be about 2 days before they really kick in (at least in my experience – I’ve read somewhere it’s effective from the first capsule, maybe not for me). They are definitely more effective than the previous brand I used 5 months ago.
